USA - Hawaii - March 2013

In March 2013 we returned to Hawaii’s Big Island and visited Maui & Oahu.

Our adventure started with a quick two night stop in San Francisco to see our Bay based friends. Then onto Big Island where went on a lava hike to see flowing lava for the first time and our second visit to the Kona Brewers Festival.

We went on several whale watching tours from Big Island and Maui, where we had our closest and best Humpback whale viewings to date.

Next we flew on to Oahu for quiet reflection at Pearl Harbour, before we travelled on to Las Vegas for a few nights of anything but a quiet time!
